RAYOVAC® HEARING HEROES CAMPAIGN 2023

Terms and Conditions

The RAYOVAC® Hearing Heroes Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open to all members of the global hearing care community, including hearing care professionals, dispensers, and all individuals contributing to, and involved in, the hearing care industry.  This Campaign is organised by RAYOVAC®, Energizer Holdings, Inc., Stephenson Estate, Washington, NE37 3HW, UK (the “Organiser”), and will begin on March 3, 2023.

The Campaign is designed to raise awareness of hearing loss and celebrate the great work of the global hearing care community.  To participate, a nominee of a Hearing Hero must register online at www.rayovac.eu and include their full name, e-mail address, a description of how the Hearing Hero has contributed to the global hearing care community, and why they believe he/she deserves to be named as a Hearing Hero.  Nominators must be 18 years of age or older.  Nominations will not be anonymous, and we ask that the nominator provide his/her name as well as the nominee’s name.  Employees, and their immediate family members, of the Organiser and its affiliated companies are not eligible for nomination.  Participation in the Campaign by nominators and nominees is free and no purchase of RAYOVAC® products is necessary for nomination.

Each nominee will be named a “Hearing Hero,” will be included in the “Hall of Hearing Heroes,” and provided with a digital badge they can use to show that they were nominated.  Nominees will be added to a mailing list to inform them of the Campaign and future marketing communications.

The Organiser is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which may be disqualified for nomination. Any false information or misrepresentation or violation of these terms and conditions will result in the relevant entries being disqualified.  In case of any dispute related to the Campaign, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.

The Organiser guarantees the compliance with the applicable data protection statutory provisions.  All nominees and nominators declare their consent that the name and entry story can be used for online and offline Campaign publicity, including press releases, websites, and social media sites.  After one year, the Organiser can continue to use the entry details, but full names will not be used to protect anonymity.

The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the Campaign with prior written consent from the Organiser is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced in the Campaign materials and website are the exclusive property of their owners. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement liable to civil and criminal penalties.

The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply exclusively to this Campaign and any related disputes.
